@Erica I know, its a little defeatist. But I like calling a spade a spade. downtown has been perpetually 5-10 years away from a vital city.
I love phoenix too. I did 3 issues of phoenix metropolitan, and we cheered the dt culture on. Its just frustrating waiting and waiting.
